Invitation to Open House Meeting

Concepts to Improve Circulation Connections and Wayfinding Between UC Davis and Downtown Davis

The City of Davis, UC Davis and the Davis Downtown Business Association are co-sponsoring an open house meeting to present concepts for improving circulation connections and wayfinding between UC Davis and Downtown Davis. Public comments on the concepts are requested.

The concepts to be presented include: 

1. First Street and A Street intersection;
2. First Street;
3. Mondavi Center to downtown shuttle;
4. Arboretum east entry;
5. Third Street corridor; and
6. Mondavi Center to downtown pedestrian corridor / “arts walk”.

The workshop will be facilitated by the consultant team of Winsler & Kelly engineers, Wallace, Roberts & Todd landscape architects & planners, and staff from the City of Davis and UC Davis.
