Frequently Asked Questions - CERT

What is the purpose of a CERT Team?

The purpose of a CERT Team is to train people in the Davis community to help themselves, family and neighbors during an emergency as well as establish a pool of volunteers that can assist with large scale emergencies.

What will I learn?

You will receive training on disaster preparedness, fire safety, disaster medical operations, light search and rescue, and team organization.

What is my commitment?
