As part of the process of developing a new civilian police oversight system, the City and consultants will be holding community meetings as well as facilitating smaller forums that will be held over the next two months. The smaller forums are geared to engage disproportionately impacted community groups. The goal of the community meetings will help to provide information in the overarching objective of the consultants; to understand the needs and concerns with policing from the widest sample of perspectives possible.
