Volunteering With the City

The City of Davis welcomes the contributions of volunteers. They are recognized as a valuable resource enhancing our City services and programs. At the same time, volunteers gain a better understanding of their city government while providing much needed assistance.

There are many opportunities for citizens interested in volunteering their time. Some of these volunteer opportunities are one-time or short-term commitments, others are for ongoing programs. Certain programs require specific training and a commitment to volunteer for a set period of time once training is completed.
