November 20, 2009 – City Offices Closed on Wednesday, November 25th
As a result of employee furloughs, many Davis city offices will be closed on Wednesday, November 25th. Two employee groups have agreed to one-day-a-month furloughs to help reduce costs in the 09-10 budget.
City Hall (City Manager’s Office, Finance, Community Development, and Community Services offices), Public Works and Parks & General Services corporation yards will be closed.
Emergency services, maintenance, recreation programs, Child Care Services, Davis Community Transit and the Elderly Nutrition program are not affected.
