Free Tax Preparation Assistance

The IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program, in partnership with Davis area Assemblywoman Mariko Yamada, invites families making up to $49,078 to attend one of several FREE Tax Assistance Events. Each event will have IRS staff and volunteers certified by the IRS in tax preparation to help you file your Federal and State tax returns.
Davis service appointments will be located at the Mary L. Stephens Davis Branch Library, 315 E. 14th Street, Davis, on Fridays from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., beginning February 3 and continuing through April 13, 2012 (no sessions on March 23 & 30). Appointments are required - please call (530) 746-8042 to schedule an appointment.
