Covell Village Development Proposal
Covell Village Information:
On June 21, 2005, the City Council approved the General Plan Amendment and Development Agreement for the Covell Village applications. Final actions, including the resolutions calling for an election on the applications, were taken on June 28, 2005.
The General Plan Amendment will not be effective unless and until it is ratified by the voters. The election is scheduled for November 8, 2005.

In November 2005, Measure X was defeated by the voters. The Covell Village project applications are not approved.
