Yolo County Centralized Eligibility List (YCEL)
The Yolo County Centralized Eligibility List (YCEL) is a list of families who qualify and are waiting for child care assistance in Yolo County. One application puts you on the eligibility list for all free or low-cost State-Funded programs in the county.
These programs include part and full day pre-school/childcare programs, before and after school programs and the Child Care Subsidy Program mentioned above. Programs are located in Woodland, Davis, West Sacramento, Winters, Knights Landing, and Esparto.
Income eligible families who live, work, or need care in Yolo County are eligible for the program. Families are selected for enrollment based on state qualification standards.
