City of Davis Fair Housing Services exists to provide assistance with monitoring and enforcing fair housing rights. Services provided include:
- Receive, investigate, and process housing discrimination complaints; refer bonafide complaints to an enforcement agency or private attorney.
- Conduct outreach and education through presentations and written information about fair housing rights and responsibilities.
- Educate and assist tenants and landowners through information and mediation as needed.
- Provide technical training and assistance to individuals and community groups.
