What’s New:
Beginning September 1, 2009 the staff of Fair Housing and Community Mediation Services will be available to answer or return phone calls from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Also effective September 1, CMS office staff will be available in person by appointment only. Customers are encouraged to visit the website for resources and handouts which are also available at the new CMS location in the Community Services Office located at City Hall, 23 Russell Blvd. Effective July 1, 2009 Community Mediation Services charges a $20 fee to open a mediation case. This is the only cost for obtaining mediation services for Davis residents, students and those employed in Davis.
Offering a fair and balanced forum for resolving disputes in a neutral and confidential environment. Promoting an established method for conflict management, CMS has served the Davis Community since 1990.
