New licenses costs $8, renewals are $4. Both are valid statewide for up to three years.

It's Easy - Licenses Available At:

B&L Bike Shop, Freewheeler Bicycle Center, Ken's Bike & Ski, Wheelworks, or at the UC Davis TAPS Office on Extension Center Dr. south of the Rec Pool between 8 am - 5 pm, M-F. For other licensing locations, including local bike shops, call 752-BIKE. You must bring your bike in to be licensed.

It's the Law

All bikes operated on the UC Davis campus must be registered with a current California bicycle license.

Unlicensed bikes on campus are subject to impoundment and/or citation.
