Description:

Centerlines of roads, streets, and highways in the City of Davis and planning areas in Yolo and Solano Counties. The shapefile contains address ranges and speed limits and is used for geocoding (matching addresses) and routing applications.

Source:

Lines digitized and adjusted to fit within the rights-of-way of the parcel.shp shapefile of Assessor's parcels. Address ranges were modified to actual address ranges using the City of Davis address atlas and the Yolo County Addressing System.

Updating:

Updated quarterly as needed.

Accuracy:

The centerlines have been adjusted to the the parcel shapefile, parcel.shp. Address ranges outside the city limits have not been verified. The address ranges from original TIGER files have been adjusted to reflect the actual address ranges from the city land database and address atlas. The speed limit values assigned to each street segment have not been verified.
