Affordable Apartments at DaVinci Court Apartments
DaVinci Court Apartments is Now Accepting Applications!
This new apartment complex located in South Davis, off of Richards Boulevard and Research Park Drive, will be opening in Fall 2005 and is looking for households interested in affordable housing units. The affordable units will range in size from studio apartments up to three bedroom apartments. Households interested in the affordable units will be chosen through a lottery and are required to be income qualified for their selected unit. To be eligible for the affordable units at DaVinci Court, households must be at or below the following incomes:
