Southfield Park is an equal opportunity affordable ownership opportunity located at the intersection of Greene Terrace and Cowell Boulevard, near Playfields Park in South Davis. Southfield Park is a 60-unit condominium project that was built in the early nineties and was the first permanently affordable ownership project in Davis. There are 25 two-bedroom two-bathroom flats (approx. 950 sq. ft.) and 35 three-bedroom three-bathroom townhouse units (approx. 1200 to 1400 sq. ft.) in the complex. Southfield Park has a community pool, private driveways, and landscaping, all managed through its Homeowner’s Association.
NeighborWorks® Sacramento, as the administrator of the City of Davis’ Affordable Ownership Housing Program, has 60 days to provide a mortgage-ready and income-qualified buyer to a Southfield Park seller.
