How to View Streaming Video

You will need video software that supports RealVideo format.

Once you have installed the viewer software, simply click on one of the video links above to start the video stream.

How to View Meeting Video Indexes

In the " Real One" play to display the indexed list of agenda items on the video, click the "Now Playing" button:
 

Once the "Now Playing" window appears, click on an item to jump to that point in the video.

What Is This Service?
This service streams live and archived video of City Council Meetings. This service is intended to increase citizen access to the public meetings that we televise on the City of Davis Government Channel, available to those who subscribe to cable television in Davis.

Where Does The Video Come From?
During meetings, the live telecast of the City of Davis Government Channel is captured and broadcast over the internet. After the meeting, the internet broadcast is archived and indexed. The indexed video allows you to jump directly to agenda items of interest.

You will need the Real Player software. Download Free Version of Real Player 10

The Video Is Not Playing For Me
Do you have RealPlayer Installed? The LIVE video only streams during a meeting. Archived files may take a moment or two to load.
