Function/Purpose:
|
Hears disputes and determines the suitability of alternate materials and methods of construction and provides for reasonable interpretations of the several building codes enforced by the City of Davis. Issues written findings and conclusions within ten (10) days of the close of all evidence in a particular case.
Serves as the Backflow Prevention Advisory Panel.
Serves as the Housing Advisory and Appeals Board.
