Where can I make Online City Services Payments?

Where is my Account Number or PIN Number?
Your Account Number and PIN Number are located at the top of the City Services Bill you receive in the mail in June 2004 (see image below).
These numbers must be entered exactly as shown on your bill. You must include all dashes and leading zeros.
How do I change my PIN?
You may not change your PIN until after you have activated your account. Once your account is activated, you will be able to change your PIN at any time by choosing the "Edit Account" option on the left side of the screen. PINs must be at least 3 characters long, and no more than 10 characters long.
I forgot my PIN?
If you have forgotten your PIN visit this webpage: Forgot Password Page and enter your city services account number. Your PIN number will be e-mailed to you.
Why do I need an email account?
For security reasons when your account is first used we will verify your password by sending you a confirmation email.
After I activated my account, I never received a confirmation e-mail.
If you have a bulk mail folder, or any other kind of spam filter, your e-mail software may have delivered our message to these folders or your trash folder.
You may have made an error in entering your email address. Please check your account to confirm you entered the email address correctly.
After signing in with my Account Number & PIN I am returned to the log-in page.
You must enable and accept cookies in your web browser. If cookies are not enabled you will not be able to login to our City Services Payment system.
What credit cards can I use?
Visa or MasterCard
Can I use my debit card?
Yes, if your debit card has the Visa or MasterCard logo.
When will my card be charged?
In most cases your credit card will be charged on the date of the transaction. Occasionally the charge may appear on the next business day.
When will the payment be posted to my City Services account at the City?
Your payment will be applied to your City Services account as soon as you've submitted your payment on our website.
Will I get a receipt?
You may print the transaction confirmation screen if you wish. In addition, on the "On Demand Payment" screen, you may put a check mark in the boxes to indicate you wish to have an e-mail notification of transactions on your account.

What other City Services can I pay for online?
In addition to your City Services bill, you may also pay for Parking Tickets at the Parking Tickets Online Payments Page as well as register and pay for classes and activities offered by our Parks and Community Services Department at the Online Class Registration Page.
Is the City Services Payment website secure?
Yes. The City Services Payment website uses 128 Bit SSL encryption, communication with webpages are encrypted before being transmitted over the internet. This Web site is secured by a VeriSign SSL certificate.
Who do I contact if I have questions regarding my payment?
Should you have questions regarding charges to your account or if you feel you have made a payment in error and wish to inquire about a refund, please contact the Finance Department at 530-757-5651.
