Unfortunately, our state funding has not kept up with inflation and employee costs in recent years. This forces us to make some painful decisions. One of the changes will be making Smalltalk a quarterly publication instead of bi-monthly, starting July 2006. This was a hard decision to make. However, with escalating mail and printing costs, it was a step we needed to take. If you have any questions or concerns about this change, please call the Child Care Resource & Referral program.
