Neighborhood Services

Several neighborhood associations maintain websites. Links to these groups can be found at Davis Community Network

The Neighborhood Services/Community Partnership Program serves as the City's liaison to neighborhoods.  It assists in organizing neighborhood associations by providing advice on the process of identifying a neighborhood's goals or visions, finding meeting spaces, generating mailing labels, and copying and mailing agendas.  The goal is to provide support for residents who want to be leaders in their neighborhood.  As neighborhood associations form the City works with neighbors to improve communication between the City and neighborhood.  As a result neighborhoods are more aware of what services the City offers, what is happening in their neighborhood, how they can be involved and how they can contribute to the city via volunteer programs.

If you have further questions about the Neighborhood Services Program, please call the Parks & Community Services Department, (530) 757-5626, or e-mail pcsweb@cityofdavis.org
