City Facility/Field User Co-sponsorship Policy
This City of Davis recently approved the Co-sponsorship Policy for use of City facilities. Staff is currently working with user groups using athletic fields that want to apply for co-sponsorship status to complete the application.
There will be a technical meeting for groups filling out their co-sponsorship application on Thursday July 26, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Veteran’s Memorial Center, 203 East Fourteenth Street (corner of E. 14th & B Sts.), in the Clubroom.
All currently co-sponsored groups are required to re-apply for co-sponsorship to maintain their co-sponsorship status with the City. The deadline for application by current co-sponsored groups is Friday August 17, 2007.
