Information Systems & Communications Division
The Information Systems and Communications Division provides internal computing resources to streamline the business function of each city department.
This division:
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and training for all 415 city computers and their associated users and applications,
- Maintains the city’s website to allow the public access to city systems and services at their convenience,
- Coordinates the city’s phone systems (desk and cell) and the public safety radio system, and
- Oversees the operations of the city’s copier, courier, and mail divisions .
