WHAT IS THIS DOCUMENT?
This is the current document setting forth the standards which must be met in the development of landscapes in the City of Davis. It also includes specifications for construction and maintenance techniques which promote the goals of the City to develop functional and safe public greenspaces that are aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally and economically sustainable.
WHO IS IT FOR?
The manual is written for use by developers, contractors, subcontractors and project designers who either enter into a contract with the City of Davis to design, develop or install a landscape or who participate in the development of a landscape which is predetermined to become the responsibility of the City Parks and Open Space Division in the future.Click on the link below to view the Landscape Specifications & Details document:
