Central Park Fountain Not Operating This Summer

The Central Park fountain has developed major problems with the pumping, filter and drainage systems which can only be corrected by a complete rebuilding and modification of these systems. There is currently no money in the budget for this very expensive work. The modifications are on the City Capital Improvement list but are unfunded at this time.
