Draft RFP for public review and comment
The Woodland Davis Clean Water Agency has produced procurement documents of a draft request for proposal that when finalized will be distributed to the three shortlisted Design, Build and Operate (DBO) Teams to prepare proposals and cost to build and operate the regional surface water facilities.
