Welcome to the Davis Government Outreach Customer Service Center

The City of Davis is making it easier to contact City Hall with service requests, questions and concerns.  GO Davis is a citizen request management system that provides a 24/7 reporting system for items such as a pothole that needs filling, graffiti that needs to be removed, street light outages, or water leaks.

Here you can submit comments, complaints and service requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your request will automatically be sent to the right staff member, and you will receive a tracking number and a response shortly after submission with an estimated resolution timeline.  

We often receive comments from residents who are just looking for more information on a particular subject. Before submitting a request, you may want to check out the “Topics by Area” section which includes FAQ’s on City matters to see if that resolves your issue. If not, select “Submit Request” to submit your issue which will immediately go to the right staff member.
