What makes a photograph a winner? Technical quality, clarity and composition are all important, but so is a flair for the unexpected and the ability to capture a picture-perfect moment. (City employees and their families are not eligible to enter). Parental consent for minors in the 6 – 12 category is required to participate in the contest. View the complete contest rules.
Category winners will be recognized at a City of Davis Council meeting. All submissions may be used in future City of Davis marketing and promotional materials as well as displayed on the City of Davis website.
