The University Mall Redevelopment project would entail reconfiguration and replacement of the existing site and buildings to create a new mixed-use development. The proposed project would intensify and revitalize the center and result in approximately 264 residential units (412,500 sf) in 4 residential floor levels, 150,000 sf of ground level retail uses, and a 3-level parking structure. Proposed building heights would be up to 7 stories or approximatey 80 feet. The proposed project entitlements for a General Plan Amendment and Rezone address the general development intensity, standards, uses, and design concept.
