Two-Bedroom Plan Set

Below is the incomplete plan set for the Two-Bedroom ADU. The plans are not for construction but contain all three architecture types on plan sheet G0.0, a blank space for the site plan on plan sheet G0.1, and general notes on plan sheet G1.0. When you are ready for the complete set of plans, submit a wet-signed Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement in-person at City Hall to Community Development.
