June 2024 Reapproval for Design Review and Affordable Housing Plan
In June 2024, the applicant submitted a planning application to re-approve the expired Design Review for the Olive Drive Mixed Use Project and an updated Affordable Housing Plan. The project remains the same as previously approved as 47 one-bedroom-unit apartments development with approximately 1,100 square feet of commercial space. The updated Affordable Housing Plan provides 7 affordable units as previously approved, but with a revised breakdown consistent with the City's current inclusionary housing ordinance.
