Site Plan and Design Review Approval - Plaza 2555

On August 24, 2022, the Planning Commission approved the Final Planned Development and Design Review application for the Plaza 2555 project for construction of a 200-unit apartment project. The site and design review plans approved by the Planning Commission are provided below.

    On December 1, 2020, the Davis City Council approved the following documents, thereby approving the planned land use, zoning and development agreement for the Plaza 2555 project.

    City Council Meetings 

    On October 16, 2018, the City Council held a public hearing meeting on the Plaza 2555 project, and continued the deliberations. The Council also appointed a subcommittee to work with the project applicant and staff to address some outstanding issues.
