Fulcrum Property has submitted an application for a mixed-use development (four stories of apartments over ground-floor R&D) at 1770 Research Park Drive. The project includes 160 apartments in four buildings, with 26,912 square feet of tech space on the ground floor of each building.

Meeting Dates

City Council - On October 27, 2020, the City Council approved a General Plan Amendment, Rezoning/PD Amendment, Final Planned Development, Lot Line Adjustment, Design Review, and Development Agreement for the project.   

Planning Commission -  August 26, 2020 hearing date.
