(Formerly University Commons Project)
Planning application for a Final Planned Development and Design Review to redevelop University Mall. The project is a commercial-only proposal consistent with the previous General Plan and Rezone (University Commons) approvals for the site. The proposed project (The Davis Collection) retains the existing 13,210 square foot Trader Joe's building and redevelops the rest of site with 101,246 square feet of new commercial space. The project includes related site improvements for parking, landscaping, circulation, gathering areas, and other improvements.

The following checklist evaluates the Davis Collection Project for the proposed retail development project with the previously prepared University Commons Project EIR, finds it consistent with and within the scope of the previous environmental analysis, and determined that no additional environmental review is required pursuant to CEQA.
