The City does not transcribe its proceedings. Anyone who desires a verbatim record of meetings should arrange for attendance by a court reporter or for other acceptable means of recordation. Such arrangements will be at the sole expense of the individual requesting the recordation.
As required by the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special assistance to access a meeting facility or to otherwise participate at meetings, including auxiliary aids or services, should contact the City Clerk's Office at (530) 757-5648. Notification at least 24 hours prior to the meeting will enable the City to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to the meeting.
