Why did we receive a notice?

If you received a notice in the mail, you are a property owner or resident within a 500 foot vicinity of a particular project or have requested to be notified about the project.

Availability of Documents?

The project application file is available for review at the Department of Community Development and Sustainability.  Information on major projects is available online on the Development Projects webpage.

Staff reports for Planning Commission meetings are available on our website on the Planning Commission Meeting Agendas page and are generally available five (5) days prior to the hearing date and may also be available by contacting the project planner listed on the Notice.
