Project Description: This SB330 project proposes four new 3-unit townhomes at 724 and 730 G Street. The project includes the demolition of the existing structures. The project proposes to provide in-lieu fees in place of affordable units. The cover letter below explains how the project is applying for in-lieu fees within the Inclusionary Housing Ordinance.
