- If you have a bulk mail folder, or any other kind of spam filter, your e-mail software may have delivered our message to these folders or your trash folder.
You may have made an error in entering your email address. Please check your account to confirm you entered the email address correctly. - To use our Online City Services or Parking Ticket Payments you must enable cookies. You must also use a web browser that supports 128 bit encryption. The Online City Services or Parking Ticket Payment web site is designed for use by either Internet Explorer or FireFox. If you do not have either of these browsers you may continue but you may experience difficulties. These difficulties could range from minor page display issues to an inability for the site to function at all.
No we only accept payments for parking tickets issued by the City of Davis

- Yes, if your debit card has the Visa or MasterCard logo.
- You may not change your PIN until after you have activated your account. Once your account is activated, you will be able to change your PIN at any time by choosing the "Edit Account" option on the left side of the screen. PINs must be at least 3 characters long, and no more than 10 characters long.
- Yes, the payment website uses 2048-Bit RSA SSL encryption, communication with webpages are encrypted before being transmitted over the internet. The online payment website is secured by a VeriSign SSL certificate.

If you have forgotten your PIN visit the Electronic Payments page, review the alerts prior to selecting the City Services Payments Option. Once at the payments option select Forgot Password. You will be required to submit you email address on file.

Verify your Ticket Number is Correct. Verify your Tag and State are correct from your parking ticket. If your ticket number does not appear after you have verified the above information, you may be in collections and you will need to contact the Finance Department at (530) 757-5651.
The Ticket Number must be entered as a nine-digit number.
- Printed Parking Ticket
- Do not enter the "DA" in front of your ticket number. Example: DA500005517 = 500005517
- Handwritten Parking Ticket
- The "R" is replaced by four zeroes. Example: R59727 = 000059727
Auto Pay, is a function that can pay your City Services bill regularly and on time with the use of credit, debit cards or ACH bank drafting.
6 steps To enroll
- Click Auto Pay in the left-had column
- Click Enroll in the left-hand column
- To pay with a checking or savings account, select ACH
- For credit or debit card payments, select CC
- Enter your account information
- Click Continue to review your information and register.
Please note: Auto Pay will not begin immediately. Continue to pay your utility bills until you receive a billing that lets you know your account will be drafted or your credit card will be charged. This generally will take at least one billing cycle.
You can make payments for your City Services billing and Parking Tickets at Electronic Payments as well as register and pay for classes and activities offered by the Parks and Community Services Department and proceed to the Recreation Online Registration.
- In most cases your credit card will be charged on the date of the transaction. Occasionally the charge may appear on the next business day.

Your account number and PIN number are located at the bottom of the City Services bill you received in the mail (see image below). These numbers must be entered exactly as shown on your bill. You must include all dashes and leading zeros. If you have already changed your PIN, the PIN will not show up on the City Services bill.

For City Services or Parking Tickets, should you have questions regarding charges to your account or if you feel you have made a payment in error and wish to inquire about a refund, please contact the Finance Department at 530-757-5651.
For Class Registrations, should you have any questions regarding charges or if you feel you have made a payment in error, please contact the Parks and Community Services Department at 530-757-5626, option 2.
- You must enable and accept cookies in your web browser. If cookies are not enabled you will not be able to login to our City Services Payment system.
- For security reasons when your account is first used we will verify your password by sending you a confirmation email.
- You may print the transaction confirmation screen if you wish. In addition, on the "On Demand Payment" screen, you may put a check mark in the boxes to indicate you wish to have an e-mail notification of transactions on your account.
