The 2021 production of The Davis Children's Version of the Nutcracker was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In lieu of the production, the City of Davis will host several activities to honor this classic local tradition.

During December 2020, the City of Davis will be “Celebrating the Spirit of Nutcracker.” Families and fans will be able to participate in a variety of activities from the comfort of their homes as we celebrate what would have been the 45th annual production. Activities will include:

• Nutcracker story time with Ann Smalley
• Viewing past performances on local channels
