This project will be bid as design-build and the pre-qualification is complete. A request for proposals is anticipated to be sent out to all pre-qualified firms in the fall.

Staff anticipate sending a request for proposal in the fall to the three pre-qualified firms.

 The City is preparing to go out to bid for a design-build contract for the revitalization of the skate park. Preliminary outreach established the community’s interests and vison for the renovation; the chosen design-build firm will conduct appropriate additional outreach.
