Our community has many outstanding facilities, programs and services available for residents and visitors alike, but there is also much to be done to keep pace with ongoing public needs and interests.  Through a unique City partnership with the Yolo and Sacramento Region Community Foundations, you can now join others in providing the financial support needed for a wide range of worthy causes, such as renovation or expansion of parks and recreational facilities, adaptive recreation, community events, arts & culture, youth & adult recreation and social services. 

Through the Foundations listed below, you can make a significant impact – right where it’s needed the most! Both the Yolo and Sacramento Region Community Foundations are trusted sources for giving in our community, and provide the most flexibility to help donors realize their philanthropic pursuits.

Sacramento Region Community Foundation and Yolo Community Foundation

Your donations assist in providing a consistent source of funding to support the ongoing operations of the Senior Services, Recreation, and Parks & Urban Forestry divisions.

Three Ways To Give

To make a donation online, just click on the button “DONATE NOW” and you will be directed to the online donation page for the Sacramento Region Community Foundation. Choose your donation amount, and then at the drop-down arrow, you may click on any of the three City of Davis funds: 

Davis Recreation & Community Services Program Fund
Provides a long term, consistent source of financial support to the City of Davis Parks & Community Services Department, and assists with ongoing operational costs for parks, recreation, community and social service programs.

Davis Senior Services Endowment Fund
Provides perpetual financial support to the Davis Senior Center and only the interest from the fund can be used - the principal investment can never be touched.

Davis Senior Services Improvement Fund
Provides supplemental funding which can be used for programs and future facility needs associated with the Davis Senior Center.

Natalie's Corner-Central Park Splashpad Project Fund
Provides supplemental funding for the construction of Natalie's Corner, the Central Park splash pad.

Once you select the fund that you are interested in donating to, complete the billing information and then you’re done!
